National Shopping Service Network encourages those interested in mystery shopping to submit an application to be considered for our assignments.  We are always looking for shoppers in all areas across the United States and Canada.  We have a wide variety of assignments and are looking for individuals who are attentive, have good writing skills, and want to have fun!

  • How do I sign up to become a mystery shopper?
    Click here to complete our shopper registration/application.  
     
  • How much to I have to pay to be a mystery shopper for NSSN?
    Nothing!  Registration is FREE for all shoppers.  We will never charge you a fee to be a mystery shopper for us.  Some assignments will require that you make a certain purchase during the assignment.  However, in this situation, it would be part of the assignment, and you would know the requirements and payment or reimbursement to you prior to accepting the assignment. 
     
  • How do I find out if you have shops in my area before I register?
    We encourage interested shoppers to register no matter their location and whether or not we have current openings in their area.  (Currently, we have opportunities in the United States and Canada.)  Job openings and locations vary throughout the year.  We do not send emails unless we have an opening, so you will not receive excessive emails from our company. 
     
  • How do I get an assignment?  Do I need to contact you to see if you have openings in my area?  
    NSSN Schedulers contact shoppers via email, phone or text when we have a job in your area. We also have a job board with open opportunities listed.  You can log into our website at any time to view the open opportunities job board and find out if we have any available assignments in your area.

     
  • How much will I be paid and how will payment be sent?
    Payment amounts will vary based on the requirements and type of assignment.  This information will be listed in the email communication sent to you, and it can also be viewed on our website prior to you claiming/accepting an assignment. 

    We will send your payment within 30 days of your assignment being successfully completed and all required documentation for the assignment received by NSSN.  Payment will be sent by check or by PayPal depending on the preferences in your shopper profile.  Be sure your shopper profile is accurate and up-to-date.

     
  • Why have I not received an assignment? 
    We can only offer assignments where our clients have locations to be visited.  Make sure your shopper profile is accurate to ensure you receive notices for all opportunities in your area.  Currently, we have assignments in the United States and Canada. 

     
  • How often will I perform evaluations for NSSN?
    This will vary throughout the year.  It can depend on your location or even how quickly you respond to our job notification emails.

     
  • Do you sell my information to anyone? 
    We know you value your privacy and will not sell nor share your information. It is used exclusively for us to contact you for assignments and to match you with specific criteria that might be set by our client.  Please review our Privacy Policy for more information.
     
  • Did you send me a check or money order in the mail with instructions to make a purchase and send a portion of the funds back to you?  
    No, we do not send payments to you before a shop is completed.  There are also scams running where the perpetrators email individuals offering a large sum of money, such as $300, to complete a simple assignment.  They request you reply with your contact information.  Often times, they fraudulently use our company name in these messages.  Keep in mind, we would not contact you unless you are a registered shopper with us.  Additionally, we will ONLY send messages to you from our website address @mysteryshopper.net.  We do not use any other form of email, such as gmail, yahoo, hotmail, etc.
